Yom Kippur
Summary
Yom Kippur, the high holy day of the Jewish faith asks us to reflect and atone for our sins so we may begin a new year cleansed and restored.
  • I am far less concerned with the way you choose to vote than I am how you treat people who don’t think or vote like you….
  • I really love God only as much as the person I love the least
  • What does it mean to choose to see the sinlessness in our brother? (no matter what!)
Jesus didn’t mean just love those who fit into our idea of lovable….he meant those who are broken, those who are scarred, those who no one else will touch…Jesus meant love them all, we don’t get to pick and choose.
